  • Drew Pache, LTC, USA (ret).

    LTC. Pache began his professional career as an Infantry officer in the United States Army. He was then selected into the Special Forces, Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) teams responsible for our nations highest levels of dipolomacy, intelligence and war fighting. Lieutenant Colonel Pache completed his 21 years of service at the Defense Intelligence Agency overseeing globally complex, classified and critical logistics. He has operational experience in over 40 countries and has served multiple combat tours in Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. LTC Pache has a BS from Norwich University, a MS from the National Intelligence University, and an additional MS from Johns Hopkins University.

  • Michael Ott, Capt, USA (ret).

    A professional aviator for more than 40 years, Captain Ott flew helicopters and airplanes in the Marine Corps, serving as a FAC during Desert Storm. Afterward, he served for five years as a case officer at CIA. He joined Phoenix Air Group in 2001 as an international pilot, safety manager, and security officer, flying into 126 UN member states, including North Korea, where he led the rescue of an imprisoned American student. Most recently, he has served as the Senior Aviation Advisor to the Medical Bureau at the Department of State, where he planned and managed aviation support to diplomatic posts worldwide during the COVID-19 airline shutdown. Since graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, he has earned an MS in international relations from Troy State University and another in aviation management from Purdue.

  • Dr. Ben Harrison MD, FAAEM, COL, USA (ret).

    Dr. Ben Harrison is a Board-Certified, full-time practicing emergency physician.  A retired Army Colonel, he has over 25 years of active civilian and military emergency medicine experience across the U.S. During his 15-year tenure as an emergency medicine residency director, Dr. Harrison authored numerous publications, reviewed multiple emergency medicine journals, and lectured nationally at emergency medicine conferences to include several Advanced Wilderness Medicine courses. Some other of his leadership roles include Iraqi Theatre Emergency Medicine Consultant to the Surgeon General and Chief of Emergency Services with the 28thCombat Support Hospital, Ibn Sina (“Baghdad ER”), the busiest military trauma center in the world at the time. Dr. Harrison has provided medical direction and training for executive protection services at a some of the most impactful global businesses and organizations

  • Scott Schlimmer

    Mr. Schlimmer is a former Central Intelligence Agency officer who advised Presidents Bush and Obama on foreign policy. During his tenure at the CIA, Scott earned a National Intelligence Award and four Exceptional Performance Awards. He was part of the team ensuring security for the 2010 Winter Olympics, taught an intelligence course for US Special Forces at Fort Bragg, and contributed to National Intelligence Estimates, the Intelligence Community's most authoritative product. He played a crucial role in conducting high-stakes, time-sensitive analysis during global events and briefed members of Congress. Scott is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), which is the top cybersecurity certification, and he founded the cybersecurity startup CyberSaint. He was trained by both the CIA and a European nation and he holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Michigan. Scott is the author of the bestselling book "The Real Jack Ryan" and serves as a technical advisor for films.

  • Brian Dapelo

    Brian Dapelo comes from Management Consulting background with a 13-year track record of delivering strategic growth and operational excellence for some of the largest companies in the world. After a 7 year career in the Financial Services sector as a Financial Advisor, Trader, Portfolio Manager and owner of an investment firm, Mr. Dapelo was recruited to join Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a Management Consultant where he specialized in growth strategy, operations, and project management consulting for major multinational corporations. In 2014, Mr. Dapelo left PwC to launch his own Management Consulting firm, Monarch Point Consulting Group, which specializes in helping Fortune 500 Financial Services and Private Equity firms execute value creation, transformation, process improvement, and post-merger integration strategies.

    Brian received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and his International MBA from Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School in Madrid.

  • Taylor Bunch, Staff Sergeant, (18-Delta), USA (ret).

    Taylor Bunch is a seasoned emergency and disaster management expert with 20+ years of experience in crisis response and austere medicine. As a former U.S. Army Special Forces Medic (ODA, 18-Delta), he served in multiple war zones, managing mass casualty events and battlefield evacuations. After his military career, Bunch transitioned to emergency management with the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Operational Medicine, where he deployed in support of Diplomatic Security Operations in various high-threat environments. As the inter-agency coordinator for Operational Medicine, Taylor led strategic planning and contingency operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, including evacuating U.S. citizens from Wuhan, China, and has conducted operations in 50+ countries. He earned his master’s degree in International Emergency and Disaster Management from Georgetown University and is pursuing his Doctorate in Education in Human and Organizational Learning at George Washington University.
